Dr. Jan Eckardt presenting our work about the application of #AI in the field of #cytomorphology at this years „Shaping the Future of Medicine“ event #STFOM2022 on November 11th in Leipzig Germany.

What is STFOM about?
The rapid development in medical prevention, diagnostics and therapy that is leading to a personalized treatment approach. The incorporation of existing risk factors, previous therapies and disease-specific factors helps to find the best possible treatment response for each individual patient. With the constant collection of medical data, the use of artificial intelligence in data evaluation will enable new personalized methods in diagnosis and therapy. „Shaping the Future of Medicine 2022“ discusses these innovative developments from various perspectives in the medical field, including hematology, oncology, neurology, radiology, and cardiology. The event also addresses the regulatory hurdles of implementing AI-based solutions in clinical settings and featured a keynote lecture by the new Alexander von Humboldt Professor for Artificial Intelligence in Leipzig, Prof. Sayan Mukherjee.

A big Thank You! goes out to the city Leipzig and the organizers Uwe Platzbecker, Thomas Neumuth, Dr. Anne Sophie Kubasch and Klaus Metzeler, for hosting this great event and giving us the opportunity to present!
